Busty ring girl Mariah Carey gets the rounds in
The pop diva plays a boxing ring girl in the promo to her tune Triumphant (Get ‘Em), featuring rappers Rick Ross and Meek Mill.
Eager to show off her toned post-baby belly, Mariah dons a crop top and skirt that displays plenty of firm flesh.
Boasting long curly locks, the singer, 42, ensures she’s the main entertainment in the ring between bouts.
When she’s not seductively holding up number boards, she’s cheering on the fighters alongside chunky hip-hop star Rick.
Triumphant (Get ‘Em) is the first single to be lifted from her upcoming fourteenth album.
Speaking about her new collection, Mariah said: "I'm collaborating with a lot of my favourite people but the main thing is I'm not trying to follow any particular trend.
“I want it to be well received. I want to stay true to myself and the music that I love and make the fans happy.”
Aside from raising her twins Moroccan and Monroe with hubby Nick Cannon, Mariah has been inundated with work of late.
It was announced last month that she’s signed a deal to join the judging panel on American Idol, reportedly netting her around £11million.
However, it’s been claimed that the touchy chart-topper has thrown a strop after learning show bosses also want to add Nicki Minaj to the line-up.
Mariah is allegedly adamant that she be the only woman on the panel, and has called on producers to approach her pal Lenny Kravitz instead.
She wrote on Twitter: What about this combo? :) if we could ever get him to do it!!”
Rocker Lenny replied: “We’ve know each other since we were teenagers. How fun would that be?!”
The singer is also starring in political movie The Butler alongside Forest Whitaker, Robin Williams, Alan Rickman and Jane Fonda.

Glamour girl Mariah Carey is a vision in gold as she jumps into the boxing ring in Triumphant video
It seems Mariah Carey can do no wrong when it comes to her career.
The new American Idol judge, who is currently filming on location for the all-star movie The Butler, has premiered the video for her latest single Triumphant.
And the 42-year-old sizzles in the scenes, taking the part of a glamour girl at a boxing match.
She supports a fighter, rapper Meek Mill who also features on the track, as he fights.
Mariah switches from one clinging gold outfit to another in quick succession, all the better to highlight her toned figure.
Her flat stomach defies the fact that she is the mother of one-year-old twins, Monroe and Morrocan.
The track also features rapper Rick Ross, who stars in the video as a wealthy backer.
It is the first single from Mariah's fourteenth studio album, which is due for release later this year through Island Records.
Triumphant was inspired by Mariah's husband, Nick Cannon, and his struggle with kidney failure earlier this year.
The America's Got Talent host also directed the video.
'It's really about having it succeed, and people are hearing it,' said Mariah's manager, Randy Jackson, in an interview with Billboard.
The track entered the Billboard Dance chart at number 42.
Three different versions of the single were released, Jackson explained, to demonstrate the singer's 'ability to cater to multiple audiences and radio formats.'
Mariah explained how she enjoyed working with Mills and Ross in the video.
'Meek adds an excitement, a newness to the record that is pretty rare right now,' she told MTV online.
'Working with Ross and Meek on the same record was incredible. Obviously, Ross is a star and everybody loves him.
'I'm a fan of his music. I really, really wanted to work with him.
'I love the tone of his voice. I think the contrast of his voice and mine would be something special. I always like to do collaborations that people might think are different.'
The premiere of the video on Vevo was certainly a success with Mariah's devoted fans, who tweeted her their congratulations.
'I left work early so I could be home to watch the video!' tweeted one.
Another told her, 'You have just SLAYED MY SOUL! The Dress, The Hair, THE GOLD, THE VOICE! You ARE GOLDEN! I love you!!!!'

Chart Moves: Mariah Carey's 'Triumphant' Makes Modest Start,
-- Mariah Carey: While the diva's new single "Triumphant (Get 'Em)" sells 23,000 downloads in its first week, according to Nielsen SoundScan, that's not enough to generate a debut on the Hot 100.
Owed to both its modest sales and airplay, the cut misses out on becoming her 45th chart entry. It's the first taste of Carey's upcoming 14th studio album, set for release in March 2013. Though, the song's sales could jump in the coming weeks: she'll perform Sept. 5 on NBC's pregame show before the New York Giants/Dallas Cowboys football game.
The rap-heavy "Triumphant" (featuring Rick Ross and Meek Mill) has had a relatively low-key promotional push by its label, Island Def Jam. So far it has only been serviced to rhythmic and urban radio stations. For the week ending Aug. 14, it garnered two million in radio audience from 77 monitored stations included in the Hot 100's radio panel (of more than 1,200 outlets).
While there are dance remixes of the song without Ross and Meek Mill -- which could be more suitable for top 40 airplay -- they have yet to be serviced to radio nor released digitally

Why Mariah Released 3 Versions of "Triumphant"
With latest single "Triumphant (Get 'Em)," Mariah Carey is offering something for everyone. During a Def Jam conference call with media on Aug. 2, the singer debuted a hip-hop version of the track featuring Rick Ross and Meek Mill, while simultaneously releasing a "vintage throwback remix" and "pulse club mix" on her website, MariahCarey.com. Previewing the multiple versions of the single -- co-written and co-produced by Carey, Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox -- reveals the diversity of musical genres expected on her untitled 14th album, tentatively due in March 2013. According to Carey manager Randy Jackson, releasing the three different versions of "Triumphant" speaks to her ability to cater to multiple audiences and radio formats. "The vintage throwback mix will remind fans of remixes she did years ago, and she's had a lot of Billboard No. 1 dance hits as well," Jackson says. "She went in and re-sang the vocals, knowing that the two verses on this first version of this single with Meek and Ross were going to be hip-hop verses where people were rapping. We wanted to have something for all of her fans." The radio attack plan is multipronged as well. The single has already been released on YouTube in streaming format, having racked up almost 500,000 views since it was uploaded earlier this month. Island Def Jam plans to service the hip-hop version to R&B/hip-hop radio on Aug. 13, and is mapping out strategies to deliver other versions across dance formats. Releasing three versions has played to Carey's benefit. Some fans criticized the fact that Ross and Mill overshadow the singer on her own song and gravitated toward the club-geared mixes. "Most people probably don't understand this, but you always play to what's best for the song," Jackson says. "You don't go in and say, 'Wait a minute. I know they're rapping on these verses, but I need to be singing on these verses. Me, me, me.' It just turns out that way." For Carey, enlisting rappers for a single is nothing new. Since the onset of her career, she's collaborated with Jay-Z, Ol' Dirty Bastard and Busta Rhymes, adding hip-hop flavor to pop-leaning tracks. The choice to release three versions of "Triumphant" mirrors a similar strategy used for 2009 single "Obsessed," for which she shot two music videos: a solo edit and a remix featuring Gucci Mane. The original version of the cut peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100, while the club remix later topped the Dance Club Songs chart, scoring a hit across formats. "Her idea with all her music is to get it out to her fans, and hopefully lift everyone's spirits a little bit," says Jackson, who notes that "Triumphant" was inspired by Carey's husband, Nick Cannon, and his struggle with kidney failure earlier this year. "It's really about having it succeed, and people are hearing it." In anticipation of the single's release, Carey has already shot a video directed by Cannon and set for release in the forthcoming weeks. She has a "big performance planned soon for television," and will appear in director Lee Daniels' upcoming film, "The Butler." Of course, she also recently cut a deal to serve as a judge on "American Idol" that's rumored to be worth $18 million. During the next few months, however, Jackson insists that completing the album is her main focus. "The album is going to be one of the great Mariah Carey albums," he says, "with a lot of stuff that you've come to love about her over the years." |

OPI Signs Deal With Mariah Carey
From the Muppets to Minnie Mouse, OPI nabs the real-life Ms. Mariah Carey for its next nail collaboration.
Following a line with Nicki Minaj, the nail brand is going for another chart-topping vocalist for its next line of lacquers.
WWD reports that the superstar singer signed on for two nail polish collections, both launching next year.
The first collection of eight shades will hit OPI salons, spas and retailers worldwide in January, followed by another collection later in the year.
After taking some time off to get married and give birth to twins, Carey is slated to make a comeback with a new album releasing soon, so the timing of her beauty collab could not have been better planned.
Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, executive vice president and artistic director of OPI tells WWD, "Nails are part of her personality. I really have always looked for celebrities for whom nails are very important, and it is not something you just Photoshop on a picture. She was very much part of the color selection."
Mariah fans since 'Always Be My Baby' hit number one in '96, we can't wait for the Grammy Award-winner's sure-to-be glittery and glam polishes.

Mariah Carey Debuts Single; Talks Upcoming Album
Three years after the release of her last non-holiday full-length opus, "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel," Mariah Carey returns with her first single, "Triumphant (Get 'Em)" featuring Rick Ross and Meek Mill.
"Working with Ross and Meek on the same record was incredible," Mariah Carey told media on a conference call today (August 2). "Obviously Ross is a star and everybody loves him. I'm a fan of his music. I really, really wanted to work with him. I love the tone of his voice. I think the contrast of his voice and mine would be something special. I always like to do collaborations that people might think are different."
"Meek adds an excitement, a newness to the record that is pretty rare right now," Mariah continued.
"Triumphant," which Randy Jackson chimed in to say is "inspirational," is the first single off Mariah's 14th studio album. The singer touched on the untitled album while on the call. "I'm collaborating with a lot of my favorite people but the main thing is [that] I'm not trying to follow any particular trend," she said. "I want it to be well received. I want to stay true to myself and the music that I love and make the fans happy."
Mariah also spoke on how she felt of the current state of R&B and its mainstream cross-over, saying "It would be incredible if we can bring back the days where R&B songs didn't have to cross over. It makes me sad that there are so many talented R&B artists that don't get the chance that they should."

Exclusive: Mariah Carey Seeks To Revive R&B With New Album
Mariah Carey is a diva on a mission to revive the genres that she holds closest to her heart. During a special conference call with music industry leaders, including The Lava Lizard, the legendary singer exclusively revealed that her new album is a testament to the power of Hip-Hop and R&B in this era of Dance music.
While chatting about her goals with this new album, which is due in the fall, Carey noted that she misses the days of the 1970s and 1980s when music had meaning. However, unlike her younger peer Melanie Amaro, who mixed meaningful lyrics with Dance production in an effort to score a mainstream hit with ‘Don’t Fail Me Now’, Carey wants to achieve success on her own terms.
“It would be incredible if we could bring that days when R&B records didn’t have to crossover and just be hits on their own,” Carey stated with her signature milky voice. “I remember back when those records were the soundtracks of people’s lives.”
Yet, Carey isn’t sniping at her contemporaries who have made attempts to crossover. Rather, she simply wants struggling R&B artists to return to their former glory. “It makes me sad that there are so many great R&B artists out there that don’t get the chances that they should.”
Quite hilariously, Carey spoke about the pressures to conform to the Dance music trends that she faced while recording her still-untitled new album and politely rejected any ideas that she would sellout. “I recorded like 120-something songs,” she joked, “and I remember when I was pregnant with dem babies they only responded to the songs with the classic R&B feel.”
Carey does, however, have a few new ideas for her upcoming comeback album. Although she refused to name any performers because she didn’t want her material to be imitated, she did indicate that she finally got the chance to collaborate with artists with whom she had planned to work for many years.
Additionally, Carey positively responded to questions regarding the possibility of a duet with Drake or Frank Ocean and revealed her excitement to work with the “shapers” of the current industry. One such young artist is Meek Mill, and she nabbed a collaboration with him and Rick Ross for her new single, ‘Triumphant (Get ‘Em)’.
Several artists have been trying to revive the dying R&B genre but will Carey be the woman who I once predicted to save the genre? That remains to be seen but one thing is certain: she is determined to make her mark and open doors for the next generation.

Get Em, Get Em, Get Em (Go)

Hit Em, Hit Em, Hit Em (Go)
Get Em, Get Em, Get Em (Go)
Hit Em, Hit Em, Hit Em (Go)
They told me get em, I got em,
I swear this word to my father
And the only way to make it to the top
If you go and get it from the bottom
And I ain't never asked for no hand outs
You won''t carry me, no Mariah
These haters love when I was dead broke
But they ain't made at me,
I'm on fire and I'm gon' burn
And I ain't gon’ learn,
I remember they said that it ain't my turn
But it ain't confirmed, then the tables turned
Just look at me now, try to hold me down
But I ain't gon' stop, cause I’m gon’ climb
To the mountain top, to the mountain top, now let go
Can’t fall down stay triumphant keep on living
Stay on your toes
Get off the ropes
Don’t let em ever count you out
Realize all things are possible
In your heart who’s the greatest
Reach for the stars
Be all that you are
And make em all fall down
Path that I choose flashing cameras as I pose
Throwing big money as she dances on the pole
Lime green Lamborghini dances in the road
License still suspended, no I never stop for tolls
Born slick talker, twice a week shopper
Blow a hundred wreck she don’t know a footlocker
Red bottom boss house big as Baltimore
With a blonde bombshell tryin to bomb with your boy
In the James Bond Beamer chrome wheel two seater
Smoking like Pimp C, spoken like a trill ni**a
On a cloudy day baby I can make it rain
Rubber band, 50 grand bet it brighten up your day
Came from humble beginnings
Then was Hummers and Benzes
Now it’s hundred and millions this is only the beginning
A don, a diva, the bomb achiever
The one believer, the game gets deeper

Press Release: Mariah Carey's New Single "Triumphant"
--FOLLOWS UP ANNOUNCEMENT THAT SHE WILL JOIN JUDGES PANEL OF FOX's AMERICAN IDOL FOR 2013 SEASON --"TRIUMPHANT (GET 'EM)" IS FIRST ADVANCE SINGLE FROM UPCOMING NEW STUDIO ALBUM, DETAILS TO BE ANNOUNCED LATER THIS YEAR
NEW YORK, Aug. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Just days after the earth-shaking announcement that she will join the judges' panel of FOX's American Idol when the series returns in 2013, multi-platinum global superstar Mariah Carey announces the release of her first new single in more than two years, as "Triumphant (Get 'Em)" featuring [fellow Island Def Jam artist] Rick Ross and Meek Mill goes to radio Thursday, August 2nd, and goes up for sale at iTunes next Tuesday, August 7th.
As tweeted from @MariahCarey: "I wrote TRIUMPHANT when I was going through a difficult time & it helped me get through it. When u hear it, pay attention 2 the lyrics #WIN." "Triumphant (Get 'Em)" is the first advance single from five-time Grammy Award®-winner Mariah's 14th studio album, whose release will be announced in the months ahead.
Mariah, who boasts an unparalleled music catalog with #1 hits in multiple formats on the Billboard charts, will follow the original version of "Triumphant" with a set of exclusive, re-sung dance remixes produced by some of the hottest names in the dance world. Mariah, who continues a long-time tradition of re-inventing her songs in the format, said: "I've always had so much fun re-singing my songs for the club/dance mixes. It gives me the freedom to sing as powerfully as I want and to rewrite the songs specifically for the genre." Mariah has 15 #1 hits on Billboard's Dance Music/Club Play chart, including "Dreamlover," "Fantasy" and "Obsessed."
Her upcoming new album follows up Mariah's worldwide multi-million-selling Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel (released September 2009), her multi-platinum E=MC² (2008), and worldwide 10 million selling The Emancipation Of Mimi (2005).
The Emancipation Of Mimi generated three Grammy awards (including Best Contemporary R&B Album), two #1 singles, and countless more honors during its 18-month chart stay. Soundscan's biggest-selling album of 2005, Mimi featured "We Belong Together" (Grammy winner for Best Female R&B Vocal and Best R&B Song) and "Don't Forget About Us," Mariah's 16th and 17th #1 career singles respectively. They tied one of the most enduring chart records in Billboard Hot 100 history, Elvis Presley's 17 #1's.
Three years later, Mariah surpassed Elvis when "Touch My Body" (from E=MC²) became her 18th #1 Hot 100 hit. "Touch My Body" spent two weeks at the top, Mariah's 78th and 79th cumulative career weeks at #1, which tied Elvis' long-standing all-time high of 79 weeks at #1, as calculated by Billboard. Mariah is now positioned as the only active recording artist in the 50 years of the Hot 100 (which began in 1958) with the potential to surpass the Beatles' all-time high of 20 #1 hits. The success of E=MC² brought total sales of Mariah's albums, singles and videos to more than 200 million worldwide, distancing her even further from the pack as the top-selling female recording artist in history.
With a distinct five-octave vocal range, prolific songwriting and producing talent, Mariah has defined the modern pop performance. As a singer/songwriter/producer, she has been honored with five Grammy Awards®, nine American Music Awards, Billboard's Artist of the Decade Award, the World Music Award for World's Best Selling Female Artist of the Millennium, and BMI's Icon Award, to name a few.
She has two consecutive and unparalleled Billboard Song of the Decade titles: "One Sweet Day" (with Boyz II Men, 1995); and "We Belong Together" (2005), further marking her massive presence on the charts since her 1990 song debut "Vision of Love." Mariah's original holiday classic, "All I Want For Christmas is You," redefined its place in pop culture as one of the greatest holiday hits of all time when it reached #1 on the Billboard charts in 2011, 17 years after its debut. Mariah's influential and stellar contribution to music spans multiple genres and is showcased through her multifaceted hit catalog and a long list of diverse collaborations.
Mariah's ongoing impact transcends the music industry and has left an indelible imprint upon the world at large. In 2009, she made a substantial mark in film with her critically acclaimed role as a social worker in Precious, based on the novel Push by Sapphire. A Congressional Award recipient, Mariah has generously donated time and energy to a range of domestic and international philanthropic causes near to her heart, including the Fresh Air Fund/Camp Mariah (a retreat where inner-city children explore career development), Save the Music Foundation, and Make-a-Wish Foundation, among several others.
