Glamour girl Mariah Carey is a vision in gold as she jumps into the boxing ring in Triumphant video

It seems Mariah Carey can do no wrong when it comes to her career.
The new American Idol judge, who is currently filming on location for the all-star movie The Butler, has premiered the video for her latest single Triumphant.

And the 42-year-old sizzles in the scenes, taking the part of a glamour girl at a boxing match.
She supports a fighter, rapper Meek Mill who also features on the track, as he fights.
Mariah switches from one clinging gold outfit to another in quick succession, all the better to highlight her toned figure.
Her flat stomach defies the fact that she is the mother of one-year-old twins, Monroe and Morrocan.
The track also features rapper Rick Ross, who stars in the video as a wealthy backer.
It is the first single from Mariah's fourteenth studio album, which is due for release later this year through Island Records.
Triumphant was inspired by Mariah's husband, Nick Cannon, and his struggle with kidney failure earlier this year.
The America's Got Talent host also directed the video.
'It's really about having it succeed, and people are hearing it,' said Mariah's manager, Randy Jackson, in an interview with Billboard.
The track entered the Billboard Dance chart at number 42.
Three different versions of the single were released, Jackson explained, to demonstrate the singer's 'ability to cater to multiple audiences and radio formats.'
Mariah explained how she enjoyed working with Mills and Ross in the video.
'Meek adds an excitement, a newness to the record that is pretty rare right now,' she told MTV online.
'Working with Ross and Meek on the same record was incredible. Obviously, Ross is a star and everybody loves him.
'I'm a fan of his music. I really, really wanted to work with him.
'I love the tone of his voice. I think the contrast of his voice and mine would be something special. I always like to do collaborations that people might think are different.'
The premiere of the video on Vevo was certainly a success with Mariah's devoted fans, who tweeted her their congratulations.
'I left work early so I could be home to watch the video!' tweeted one.
Another told her, 'You have just SLAYED MY SOUL! The Dress, The Hair, THE GOLD, THE VOICE! You ARE GOLDEN! I love you!!!!'
