Mariah Carey had the help of a few assistants as she made her way from a car into her apartment building in NYC this afternoon. It was the first time Mariah has been spotted out since coming home from the hospital with her husband Nick Cannon and twins two months ago. Moroccan and Monroe were born in April, though we've yet to see the 8-week-old babies aside from a funny picture Mariah shared of Monroe's hand on Twitter last month.
